Your data will be removed after three months since the last of the purposes to which they have been used has ceased to apply. In the meantime, we will cease to process your data for the following purposes within the following time limits:

  1. we will cease to process your data used to implement our agreement with you within three months from the date on which the agreement was completed or otherwise brought to an end;
  2. with regard to data processing required to comply with our legal obligations, we will cease to process your data within three months from the date on which these obligations have expired;
  3. with regard to data processed to defend our legal interests, we will cease to process your personal data within three months from the date on which such legal interests ceased to apply, with the caveat that your data required for you or us to establish, defend and seek claims will cease to be processed within three months from the date on which your claims have become time-barred, or within three months from the date on which our claims have become time-barred, whichever comes later;
  4. with regard to your data we use for our marketing activities, we will cease to process your personal data within 18 months from its last use (this does not apply if you have given us your explicit marketing consent);
  5. with regard to data we use to maintain correspondence in specific matters, we will cease to process your personal data within three months from the date on which the last correspondence was sent in a matter;
  6. with regard to data we use to send you commercial information electronically (subject to your consent), we will cease to process your data within 60 months from the date on which we last contacted you.

Your personal data obtained from other sources

If you or we pay (e.g. for an invoice) via e.g. a bank or payment institution, we will come into possession of information about the account and institution from which you made the payment, or the account and institution to which we made the payment. We will process such data to ascertain that the payment has been made, booked and accounted for, and, where necessary, to make a refund.

We may also obtain your data from publicly accessible registers, etc., for the purposes described above (to conclude/implement our agreement, comply with statutory settlement/archiving obligations, seek our claims or defend against your claims or third-party claims, for marketing purposes and to maintain correspondence with you). We may process your data for the above-mentioned purposes to implement our agreement with you, fulfil our legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations), defend our rights arising from our agreement with you and to produce statistics and analyses, which is in our economic interest.

Data, including personal data, is collected automatically by our IT systems

How do we protect your personal data?

Access to your personal data is restricted to those staff members at DENTA-MEDICA PAWEŁ TRZASKOWSKI who have undergone training in line with our personal data security policy and who have undertaken in writing to protect your personal data.
